1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using the electrical services provided by Proven Electrical Services LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Proven Electrical Services LLC provides professional electrical contracting services including but not limited to:

  • New construction electrical installation
  • Electrical repairs and troubleshooting
  • Panel upgrades and replacements
  • Commercial electrical projects
  • Residential electrical services

All services are performed by a certified electrical contractor in accordance with Florida building codes and regulations.

3. Service Requests and Quotes

All project quotes are estimates based on information provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during project execution. Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A signed agreement and deposit may be required before work begins.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally, payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, check, and electronic payment methods. Late payments may incur additional fees as permitted by Florida law.

5. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant our workmanship for the period specified in your service agreement, typically one year from completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal use conditions. This warranty does not cover:

  • Issues caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications
  • Pre-existing electrical conditions not addressed in our scope of work
  • Components or materials supplied by others
  • Normal wear and tear

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY FLORIDA LAW, PROVEN ELECTRICAL SERVICES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Proven Electrical Services LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Pasco County, Florida, or the appropriate federal court located in Florida.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute may be submitted to mediation before pursuing litigation. Each party shall bear its own costs of mediation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Proven Electrical Services LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our prior written consent.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
